Wedding Dress Travel Boxes - Terms and Conditions

• All prices quoted exclude postage and packing.
• Our boxes are handmade individually for each customer and payment is required as we start on your order. We endeavour to despatch as soon as possible, or by your requested date, but please allow 28 days to arrive, as demand can be very high.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt (except on personalized items or special request boxes) but carriage is non refundable. An administration charge of £6 may be incurred for cancelled orders.
• The Bridal Consultant cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or late arrival of any order.
• Shopping Basket price errors can occur occasionally, and The Bridal Consultant will notify the customer should any item be incorrect. List prices are to be adhered to. Please check all details are correct in your confirmation.
• Any damage or errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of parcel.
• Delivery requires a signature, so please ensure an appropriate delivery address is given where a signature can be obtained.
• Please ensure the courier is responded to immediately if they have attempted delivery. If no communication is received from the recipient, the parcel will be returned to The Bridal Consultant , and this will incur extra redelivery charges. If you foresee a problem please add clear delivery instructions e.g. 'If out, leave at no.4'
• Once your order has been processed you may cancel the order within 24 hours by notifying us by telephone or e-mail.
